The premium finishes, and what each one is for

Every method is available from the configurator. Pick by what the garment is made of and how it will be worn, and the price adjusts with it.

Screen printing

Plastisol cured into the fabric for crew runs. The workhorse for solid-color logos on a flat panel, and the cheapest way to print volume.

Embroidery

A stitched logo on a left chest, a cap or a jacket outlasts the garment. The finish most crews choose for anything laundered every week.

DTF transfers

Full color and fine detail on polyester, which is what most hi-vis is made from. The right call for small runs and awkward placements.

Ink straight into cotton for a soft hand and full-color art. Best on tees and cotton work shirts rather than mesh.

A softer hand than film, for the jobs where the feel of the print matters as much as the look.

A mock-up arrives for your approval before anything is produced. Once you sign off, you hear from us as the run moves, and tracking is emailed the moment it ships. If something needs a decision, a person asks you, not a form.

Before you order

What will it look like?

You see it while you build it. The logo goes onto the garment in a preview in the configurator, and a mock-up comes to your inbox for approval before anything is produced. Nothing runs until you say so.

How long does a run take?

2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from artwork approval. Production time is quoted separately from shipping so the delivery date is clear from the start, and tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

What will it cost for my crew?

Enter the quantity per size on any product and the price is there, per item and in total, with the bulk breaks a bigger run would unlock. No form, no callback, no waiting a day for a number.

What if I am not ready to order?

Build it anyway. At the bottom of checkout, choose Save as Quote Only and the whole order is held with no payment. You can also have the quote emailed to you. Come back when the budget clears and it is all still there.

Do I need a print-ready file?

Vector is best, but drop in what you have. The background comes off automatically on upload, and if a file will not hold up at print size we tell you at the mock-up stage, before the order runs.
