Custom workwear decoration in Los Angeles

Every garment on this site is decorated to order out of Vernon, in Los Angeles County. What that buys you is a straight answer about the garment and the method, rather than a price for whichever process happens to be free that week.

Below is how the work actually gets done: what each method suits, what it costs you in setup, and where it falls down. Read the part that matches your job and ignore the rest.

Screen printing, for volume and for reflective

Past 12 pieces of one design, screen printing is the cheapest way to get a durable mark, and it keeps getting cheaper per piece from there. You pay a one-off screen charge per colour, then the per-piece price drops fast. It is also the only method that can lay down 3M reflective, puff, metallic or high-density ink.

Where it falls down: photographic artwork with dozens of colours, runs under a dozen where setup dominates the bill, and any job where every garment carries a different name.

Embroidery, for anything laundered weekly

A uniform is washed far more than a t-shirt ever will be, and thread has nothing sitting on the surface to crack, fade or lift. That is why work shirts, polos, caps and jackets are almost always embroidered rather than printed. Standard logo size is 4.5 inches wide, up to 12 thread colours, no minimum, and it is available on 477 of the 493 garments here.

For short runs and per-person naming, DTF and DTG are the digital options: no screen charge, no colour count, and one garment priced like one garment. DTF presses onto almost any fabric including polyester; DTG prints straight into cotton for a softer hand and needs cotton to bond to.

What we need from you

A quote comes back faster if you send these four things up front:

  • Artwork. Vector where possible, or 300 DPI at final print size on a transparent background.
  • Garment. A style number if you have one, or just what it has to be — a work shirt, a hi-vis tee, a polo.
  • Quantity and size breakdown. An estimate is fine; it moves the price band, and the band is what you need first.
  • Your in-hands date. Not when you want it shipped — when you need it on people.

Ask any decorator which method they would put on your garment and why. If the answer does not mention the fabric, keep asking.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Where are you based?

Vernon, in Los Angeles County. Orders ship nationwide with tracking on every box, and free over $250. If you are local, collection can be arranged — ask when you place the order.

How long does it take?

2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from mockup approval. Production time is quoted separately from transit, so a date is a real answer rather than an estimate on top of an estimate. Expedited shipping is available when the date will not move.

Do you sell ANSI-rated hi-vis?

Not from our own catalog. We stock high-visibility styles, which is not the same as a certified garment. If your site requires a certified ANSI Class 2 or Class 3 garment, buy it to that spec and send it to us — we decorate customer-supplied garments, and 3M reflective ink is available on the screen-print side.

What is the minimum order?

12 pieces per design for screen printing. Embroidery, DTF and DTG carry no minimum, so a single garment is a normal order — it just costs more per piece than fifty would.

Can you handle a multi-site order?

Yes. Multi-address fulfillment splits one order by destination, and blind shipping sends it under your own branding rather than ours. Both are set up at the start of the order.
