A mockup first
A digital mockup with the placement and the decoration size marked on it, before anything goes to press or onto a machine. Nothing runs until you approve it.

Garments, decoration and freight priced as separate lines, so you can see what the decoration actually costs. Production time is quoted separately from transit.

Placement is not restricted. These are the four that do the work on a uniform, and the sizes that actually fit them.
Left chest
The uniform standard · 3×3 to 4×4 in
Where a company mark belongs on a work shirt or a polo, and the best zone for embroidery. Small enough to read as a uniform rather than as merch.
Full back
Readable across a site · up to 14×16 in
The zone with room for a company name at a size that can be read from a distance. This is where 3M reflective earns its money.
Sleeve
Second touchpoint · 2×2 to 3×11 in
A trade, a certification wording or a second mark. Watch the seam — anything crossing it distorts, so we set the art inside the flat panel.
Name & number
Per garment · DTF, no minimum
One name on one jacket costs the same to set up as sixty, because DTF carries no minimum and no color count. Send the list alongside the size run.

Four things we are asked for most on workwear, and what each one is actually good for.
3M reflective ink
Best for backs, jackets, low light
A screen-print ink that throws light back at a headlamp or a headlight. Screen print only — no digital method can lay it down. Ask for it by name on the quote.
Names & numbers
Best for crews and per-person kit
DTF has no minimum and no color count, so one name on one garment sets up the same as fifty. Send the list with the size run and it comes back sorted.
Puff & specialty inks
Best for a mark that has to be felt
Puff, high-density, metallic and water-based. Screen print only — a digital method cannot do texture, it can only print a picture of it.
Pack out & fulfillment
Best for multi-site and onboarding
Poly-bagging, size-run boxes split by destination, and blind shipping under your own branding. Say so at the start of the order and we will set it up.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
Do you sell ANSI-rated hi-vis?
Not from our own catalog, and we will not tell you otherwise. What we stock are high-visibility styles — a safety tee, a long-sleeve, a hoodie, a beanie, a cap and a work polo — which are not certified garments. If your site requires a certified ANSI Class 2 or Class 3 garment, buy it to that spec and send it to us: we decorate customer-supplied garments, and 3M reflective ink is available on the screen-print side.
What is the minimum order?
12 pieces per design for screen printing. Embroidery, DTF and DTG have no minimum, so a single jacket is fine — it just costs more per piece. Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from mockup approval.
Can you add names and numbers?
Yes. DTF carries no minimum and no color count, so one name on one garment costs the same to set up as fifty of them. Send the name and number list alongside the size run and the order comes back sorted per person.
Will the mark survive industrial laundry?
Embroidery will, because it is thread rather than ink and there is nothing on the surface to crack or lift. For a printed mark on a high-wash garment, plastisol cured into the fabric holds up best. Tell us the wash regime and we will tell you which of the two to put on it.
Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, and for certified hi-vis it is the only route. Send a spec sheet first so we can confirm the fabric takes our inks or our needles, and include 2–3% spoilage. We do not cover replacement cost on customer-supplied garments.
