Garments, decoration and freight come back as three separate lines rather than one number. That is deliberate — it is the only way to see what the decoration actually costs, and the only way to cut the right thing if the total is wrong.

Samples are quoted per garment, and the cost comes back to you against the order: 50% credited on orders of 100 to 249 units, and 100% credited on 250 units or more.

Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) separates cleanest for screen print. Raster works at 300 DPI scaled to final print size on a transparent background — PNG is preferred for DTF and DTG. Max print size is 15 × 18 inches.

Embroidery, on anything laundered weekly — it is thread, so there is nothing on the surface to crack or lift. After that, a cured screen print. A heat transfer is bonded to the surface and will show wear first. Tell us the wash regime and we will pick for you.

Not from our own catalog. What we stock are high-visibility styles, which is not the same as a certified garment, and we will not describe them as if it were. If your site requires a certified ANSI Class 2 or Class 3 garment, buy it to that spec and send it to us to decorate.

Yes. Send a spec sheet first so we can confirm the fabric takes our inks or our needles, and include 2–3% spoilage. We do not cover replacement cost on customer-supplied garments.

Yes, on DTF, which has no per-name setup — one name costs the same to prepare as fifty. Send the name and number list alongside the size run and the order comes back sorted per person.
