Crew and site apparel
Kit the crew once. Top it up as people join.
Work shirts, polos, tees, fleece and caps carrying one company mark. Build the kit in the configurator, see the price at your headcount, and order it or save it as a quote. The files stay on record, so the next three hires match the crew already on site.

A starter kit, priced
A performance polo, a heavyweight tee, a long-sleeve pocket tee, a full-zip fleece, a shirt jacket and a safety cap. Six garments that cover most of a crew, each opening into the configurator with the price live.
Why crews order here
One mark, approved once, on everything they wear
Build the whole kit in one place
Pick each garment, put the same mark on it, and see it on every piece before you buy. One mock-up per garment type, approved together, and the kit is locked.
The price at your headcount, on the page
Enter how many of each size and the price is there, per piece and in total. No form, no callback, no waiting a day for a number.
Top it up as people join
A new hire is a normal reorder, not a penalty. Your artwork, placement and sizes stay on file, so the polo that arrives in March matches the one from November.
Order it, or save it as a quote
Ready, and it is a normal checkout. Not ready, and one option at the bottom of checkout saves the whole kit as a quote with no payment until the budget clears.
Ordering, pricing and approval, all online
How a crew order runs
Five steps, all on the site
Build the kit
Open each garment in the configurator, choose colors, enter the quantity per size and put the mark on it. The price for that exact kit shows as you go, per piece and in total.
Approve one mock-up per garment
A mock-up with placement and decoration size marked comes to your inbox for each garment type. Approve them together and the whole kit is locked, rather than a tee this month and a jacket the next.
Sizes, names and numbers
Send the size run, and the name or number list if the kit carries one. DTF has no per-name setup, so per-person naming does not change the shape of the order.
It runs, and you hear from us
Check out and it goes into production, or save it as a quote with no payment. Either way a person keeps you updated as the run moves, and tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
The reorder
This is the part that matters. Files, placements and sizes stay on record against your account, so three new starters in four months is a small reorder that matches, not a new project.
Which method
The right finish for each garment in the kit
Embroidery
Polos, work shirts, fleece, jackets and caps. A stitched left-chest mark outlasts the garment and shrugs off weekly laundering.
It is the finish most crews choose for anything that gets washed hot every week.
Screen print
Tees and hoodies in volume. Plastisol cured into the fabric for a solid-color mark, and the cheapest way to print a crew’s worth.
Ask for 3M reflective ink on the screen-print side for anyone working after dark.
DTF
Names, numbers and site codes, and full-color marks on polyester. No per-name setup, so one name costs the same to prepare as fifty.
Also the right call for awkward placements and the four-piece top-up.
FAQ
Before you order
How small can a crew order be?
Small. Build what you need now and top it up later; a new hire is a normal reorder, not a penalty. The price per piece falls as the count goes up, and you can watch it move before you commit.
How long does a run take?
2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from artwork approval. Production time is quoted separately from shipping so the delivery date is clear, and tracking is emailed the moment it ships.
Can every garment have a name on it?
Yes. Names, numbers and site codes go on as DTF, which has no per-name setup, so one name costs the same to prepare as fifty. Add the list against the size run and the order comes back sorted per person.
Will a reorder match?
That is the point of keeping the file. Artwork, placement, decoration size and thread colors stay on record against your account, so the reorder runs from the same mock-up you approved the first time.
Can you ship to more than one site?
Yes. Multi-address shipping splits the order by destination, and blind shipping under your own branding is available. Say so at the start of the order and it is set up from the first run.
Ready to kit the crew?
Start on the polo, or pick any garment in the range. You will see the mark on it with a price at your headcount before you have to talk to anyone.
