Uniform programs

Decide it once. Reorder it for years.

A program is a small order repeated for years, so the work that matters is the setup: the garment set, the mark, the sizes. Build it in the configurator, approve one mock-up per garment, and every reorder after that runs from the file. Nothing is committed until you say so.

How a program works

Set it up once, and stop re-deciding it

Pick the garment set, approve the mark and the placement, and that becomes the program. Everything after it is a reorder against a file rather than a new decision.

Build the set

Open each garment in the configurator, put the mark on it and enter the sizes. The price per garment is on the page, so you can see what each reorder will cost before the program exists.

Priced per garment, on the page

Approve it once

One mock-up per garment type comes to your inbox with placement and decoration size marked. Approve them together and the set is locked. Names, departments and tiers are decided here, not halfway through.

One approved mock-up per garment, kept on file

Reorder from the file

Order against the program whenever you need to, or save a reorder as a quote with no payment. A person keeps you updated as each run moves, tracking is emailed on ship, and blind or multi-address shipping runs the way it was set up.

Standard is 2 to 3 weeks, including shipping

No payment to hold a quote

A typical program set, priced

A men’s and a women’s performance polo, a shirt jacket, a full-zip fleece, a safety cap and a long-sleeve pocket tee. Six garments cover most organisations, and every one opens into the configurator with the price live.

Program options

Things worth deciding at setup, not later

Four options that are straightforward at the start of a program and awkward to add halfway through it. All four are set up once and carried on every reorder.

Per-person naming

Best for crews, fleets and shift work

Names, numbers or site codes on DTF, which carries no per-name setup. Send a list against the size run and the order arrives sorted per person rather than as a pile.

Departments and tiers

Best for multi-site organisations

Different garments or different marks per department, each kept as its own file. Decide the split at setup and every later reorder resolves to the right one.

Blind and multi-address shipping

Best for onboarding and multiple sites

Size-run boxes split by destination, individual fulfilment, and shipping under your own branding rather than ours. Available on any program; say so at setup and it runs that way every time.

3M reflective ink

Best for night crews and outdoor work

A screen-print ink that throws light back at a headlamp or a headlight, usually on a back panel or a jacket. Screen print only, and worth deciding up front because it is a different run from the daytime mark.

What you are promised

  • A mock-up with placement and decoration size marked, before anything runs.
  • The price per garment on the page, so every reorder is predictable.
  • Free shipping on orders over $250.
  • Artwork, placement, sizes and thread colors kept on file so the reorder is identical.
  • One person who holds the program’s files and keeps you updated from mock-up to tracking.

Everything above is priced in the configurator. Send the garment set and the headcount and we will price the rest straight.

Why run it here

No commitment, no re-quoting, no chasing

A program is not a purchase commitment

A set of approved garments and files, not a quantity you promised. Order against it when you need to, and save any reorder as a quote with no payment until it is signed off.

The price per garment never surprises you

It is on the page in the configurator, per piece and in total at the quantity you enter, so budgeting a reorder is reading a number rather than requesting one.

The file is the program

Artwork, placement, sizes and thread colors stay on record against your account. A reorder runs from the mock-up you approved the first time, so year three matches year one.

One person, start to finish

The person who holds the program’s files is the one who keeps you updated from the mock-up to the tracking number. You are never explaining the program to someone new.

FAQ

Program questions

How small can a reorder be?

Small. A program is set up so that a handful of garments for a new starter is a normal reorder, and the price per piece on the page tells you what it costs before you place it.

How long does a run take?

2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from artwork approval, and on a reorder the artwork is already approved. Production time is quoted separately from shipping, and tracking is emailed the moment it ships.

Do I have to commit to a quantity?

No. A program is a set of approved garments and files, not a purchase commitment. Order against it whenever you need to, or save a reorder as a quote with no payment until it is signed off.

Can we ship straight to employees?

Yes. Multi-address shipping splits an order by destination, individual fulfilment sends one kit to one person, and blind shipping sends it under your branding rather than ours. Decide it at setup and it runs that way on every reorder.

Who do we deal with?

One person, who holds the program’s files and keeps you updated from the mock-up through to the tracking number. That is also who you message when the headcount changes.

Ready to set up a program?

Start on the polo and build the set garment by garment. You will see each one with the mark and a price before you have to talk to anyone, and nothing is committed until you say so.
