What happens after you approve it
Production time and transit time are two separate clocks, and we quote them separately so the delivery date is clear at the start rather than negotiated at the end.

Two clocks
Production time and transit time
Production
2 to 3 weeks, including shipping, measured from the moment you approve the mockup — not from when you first got in touch, and not from when the artwork arrived. If a date matters, say so at quote stage and we will tell you whether it is achievable before you commit.
Production can be expedited separately from shipping. That is a different conversation from choosing a faster courier, and it is worth having early rather than the week before.
Transit
Pick the service that fits the deadline at checkout, from standard delivery through to rush. UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are both available. Free shipping over $250; below that it is charged at the service you choose.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the order ships. We ship internationally with UPS and USPS — commercial invoices and HS codes are included, and we will ask if a shipment needs VAT, EORI, EIN or similar customs details.
How it ships
Three things worth asking for at the start
🎯
Blind shipping
The order goes out under your branding, logo and name rather than ours. Tell your representative at the beginning of the order — it is straightforward then and awkward once the job is boxed.
⚡
Multi-address fulfillment
One order split by destination rather than landing in one place for somebody on your side to redistribute. Used for multi-site crews, onboarding kits and anything going out to people rather than to a building.
🧵
Packed how you asked
Folded, poly-bagged, or boxed as size runs split by destination. If the order carries per-person names it comes back sorted per person, which is the difference between handing kit out and sorting it first.
Returns
What can and cannot come back
Can I return a decorated order?
No. Once your logo is on a garment it cannot be resold, so decorated orders are final. This is the reason we will not run anything until you have approved a mockup with the placement and the size marked on it — the approval step exists precisely so that this rule is not a trap.
What if the order is wrong or short?
Tell us within a reasonable window of delivery, with photographs and the order number. If the fault is ours — wrong garment, wrong placement, a decoration defect or a shortage against what was invoiced — we put it right. Anything off-register or short-cured should have been pulled here before it shipped.
Can I return undecorated garments?
Undecorated stock in unworn, unwashed, resalable condition with its packaging intact can be returned. Get in touch before sending anything back so it is expected and can be credited against the right order.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Before you approve the mockup, yes — nothing has been committed. After approval, garments may already be allocated and decoration may already be underway, so what can be changed depends on where the job has got to. Ask as early as you can.
What about customer-supplied garments?
We decorate them, but we do not carry their replacement cost. Include 2–3% spoilage in what you send, which is standard practice on any decorating run, and send a spec sheet first so we can confirm the fabric takes our inks or our needles.
Working to a date?
Tell us the date you need it in hand, not the date you want it shipped. We will tell you at quote stage whether it is achievable rather than after you have committed.
