Four things that make a quote fast
The garment and the count
A style number if you have one, or just what it needs to be — a work shirt, a hi-vis tee, a polo — plus roughly how many and a size breakdown. An estimate is fine; it moves the price band, and the band is what you actually need to know first.
If the garment is coming from you rather than from our catalog, send a spec sheet so we can confirm the fabric takes our inks or our needles before anything is committed.
The artwork and the date
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF) where possible, or 300 DPI at final print size on a transparent background. If you are not sure which decoration method the job wants, send the file and the garment and we will tell you rather than make you choose.
And the date you need it in hand — not the date you want it to ship. Production and transit are separate clocks, and the honest answer about whether a date is achievable is worth having before you commit, not after.
