How a crew order runs
Headcount and garments
Tell us how many people and what they need to be wearing. The quote comes back with garments, decoration and freight as separate lines, so you can see what the decoration actually costs and cut the right thing if the number is wrong.
One mark, approved once
One mockup per garment type, with placement and size marked. Approve them together and the whole kit is locked, rather than approving a tee this month and discovering the jacket does not match it next month.
Size run, names, numbers
Send the size run, and the name and number list if the job carries one. DTF has no per-name setup, so per-person naming does not change the shape of the order. It comes back sorted per person.
Production
The run goes through press or machine and is checked piece by piece. Anything off-register or short-cured is pulled and re-run here rather than shipped.
The reorder
This is the part that matters. Files, placements and thread colours stay on record, so three new starters in four months is a message rather than a re-quote, and what they get matches what everyone else is wearing.
FAQ
Questions we get asked
What is the minimum?
12 pieces per design for screen printing. Embroidery, DTF and DTG carry no minimum. A crew order usually mixes both — screen print the tees in volume, embroider the polos and jackets one at a time.
Can every garment have a name on it?
Yes. DTF has no per-name setup, so one name costs the same to prepare as fifty. Send the list against the size run and the order comes back sorted per person rather than as a box somebody has to sort.
Will a reorder match?
That is the point of keeping the file. Artwork, placement, print size and thread colours stay on record against your account, so the reorder runs from the same settings rather than from someone’s memory of them.
Can you ship to more than one site?
Yes. Multi-address fulfillment splits the order by destination, and blind shipping under your own branding is available. Say so at the start of the order rather than after it is boxed.
What if the crew grows past the size run?
Order what you need now. Because the digital methods carry no minimum, topping up by two or three later is a normal order rather than a penalty — which is usually cheaper than over-ordering sizes you end up storing.
