How a program works
Set it up once, and stop re-deciding it
Pick the garment set, approve the artwork and the placement, and that becomes the program. Everything after it is a reorder against a file rather than a new job: same mark, same position, same thread, no re-quoting from scratch and nobody trying to remember what was agreed.

Things worth deciding at setup, not later
Four options that are straightforward at the start of a program and awkward to add halfway through it.
3M reflective ink
Best for outdoor and night work
A screen-print ink that throws light back at a headlamp or a headlight, usually on a back panel or a jacket. Screen print only, and worth deciding up front because it changes which method the garment is quoted for.
Per-person naming
Best for crews and shift work
Names, numbers or site codes on DTF, which carries no per-name setup. Send a list against the size run and the order arrives sorted per person rather than as a box to distribute.
Departments and tiers
Best for multi-site organisations
Different garments or different marks per department, each kept as its own file. Decide the split at setup and every later reorder resolves to the right one without a conversation.
Blind shipping & fulfillment
Best for onboarding and multi-site
Poly-bagging, size-run boxes split by destination, and shipping under your own branding rather than ours. Available on any program — say so at the start.

A work shirt, a pique polo, a work safety polo and a work jacket. Four garments cover most organisations; the catalog carries 493 if yours needs something else.

FAQ
Questions we get asked
How small can a reorder be?
One garment, on embroidery, DTF or DTG. Only screen printing carries a minimum, at 12 pieces per design — which is why most programs embroider the garments that get reordered in ones and twos, and screen print only the volume items.
Do I have to commit to a quantity?
No. A program is a set of approved garments and files, not a purchase commitment. Order against it whenever you need to. Turnaround is 2 to 3 weeks, including shipping from mockup approval, whether it is two garments or two hundred.
Can we ship straight to employees?
Yes. Multi-address fulfillment splits an order by destination, and blind shipping sends it under your branding rather than ours. Both are set up at the start of the program rather than order by order.
What if we already buy our own garments?
We decorate customer-supplied garments, and for anything bought to a certification that is the usual route. Send a spec sheet first so we can confirm the fabric takes our inks or our needles, and include 2–3% spoilage.
Who do we deal with?
One named representative, assigned at the sample stage and kept through production and freight. That is also who holds the program’s files, so you are not re-explaining the placement to somebody new each time.
